V.E.T. T.L.A.s

(Vocational Education Training Three-letter acronyms)

In a similar vein to “Could you move the Camira? I need to get the Torana out so I can get to the Commodore…” we also have Australian Vocational Education Training jargon that no one but Aussies understand. Come to think of it, not many Aussies understand it either!

Many will understand the paragraph below but for those of us that don’t, there is an answer guide in table form below. When populating future government forms, your next ‘Do you speak a language other than English?’ question can be ticked YES – V.E.T.!

“C.R.T.s teaching V.E.T.I.S. at R.T.O.s are not required to conduct D.o.C. T.N.A.s for E.A.L. and C.A.L.D. E.L.T. cohorts at the respective A.Q.F. levels as stipulated on the T.G.A. UoCs.

G.A.A.s (e.g. A.S.Q.A.) deem that both E.S.B. and N.E.S.B. cohorts need to be deemed Co on their L.L.N. diagnostic before progressing to submit any E.O.P. even if they’re F.F.S. W.B.L. trainees. Without U.S.I.s must be entered onto the L.M.S.” (forgive the nonsensical poetic licence)

Crazy, huh? Try this answer guide below if necessary.
